==Adopting Eggs==
 
When logged in, eight Pokémon Eggs will be displayed at the top of the Lab page. When a user first starts out, only four of the eggs will be available to them until they meet the unlock requirements for the other four eggs. Once a user hovers (or taps) on one of the available eggs it will show a short description. If the [[PokéDex|Eggdex]] for a particular egg has already been obtained, the name of the Pokémon that will hatch will be displayed as well. If the Eggdex has not been obtained, the name of the Pokémon will be replaced with question marks.

If the user does not want to choose any of the viewed Eggs, they can reload and get a new batch. ==Adopting Eggs==
===Lab Speed Boost===
Lab Speed Boost items reduce the cooldown Reload Timer by 30 seconds each. However, only 2 Lab Speed Boost Items will work. This means that instead of waiting 5 minutes to reload the lab a user could wait 4 minutes. Users may purchase [[File:Lab_Speed_Boost.png]]Lab Speed Boosts in this section for {{GP|100}} each.
 
Lab Speed Boost items are a permanent item.
 
Furthermore, once a user reaches [[Rank|Junior Rank]] they will receive a  [[File:Lab_Speed_Boost_Prime.png]]Lab Speed Boost Prime. This item reduces the Lab Reload timer by one additional minute and stacks with the other two  Lab Speed Boost items. This means users could have a cooldown Reload Timer of 3 minutes.


When logged in, and with an open slot in the [[Party]], clicking the final tab, "Adopt some Eggs", opens the adoption area.
==Fossil Revival==

[[Fossil|Fossils]] can be found rarely on [[Scour Areas|scour missions]]. The Fossil Revival section is normally hidden unless the user has a fossil in their inventory.


When the tab is opened, it displays four Pokémon Eggs. These Eggs include a description and a sprite image. What is displayed for an Egg varies:
A user must select a fossil that they own to start the revival process. Users are then required to make 1,500 [[interactions]] to revive the Pokémon, which is also displayed as a percentage in the user's timers bar.


*An Egg with a unique sprite has already been hatched by the user (you).
Pokémon that are revived from fossils are considered prehistoric [[File:Prehistoric.png]] and will grant a larger [[Experience|EXP]] boost (180%) to eggs of the same species.
*An Egg with the standard design has not been hatched before, and is unidentified.
*An Egg with a standard/placeholder design and question marks in the description means that the information has not yet been programmed. Currently, this is only applies for Generation 6 Pokémon.


When an Egg is picked, it is added to the user's party. The remaining Eggs are swapped with four new ones. If the user does not want to pick any of the viewed Eggs, they can reload and get a new batch. However, this requires waiting five minutes server-time. If your party is full, the adoption area will display no eggs, only a message that says that your party is full.

Adopting Eggs

If the Eggdex for a particular egg has already been obtained, the name of the Pokémon that will hatch will be displayed as well. Lab Speed Boost

Fossil Revival

Fossil Revival Section

Fossils can be found rarely on scour missions. The Fossil Revival section is normally hidden unless the user has a fossil in their inventory.

A user must select a fossil that they own to start the revival process. Users are then required to make 1,500 interactions to revive the Pokémon, which is also displayed as a percentage in the user's timers bar.

Pokémon that are revived from fossils are considered prehistoric and will grant a larger EXP boost (180%) to eggs of the same species.
