The Bonus Counters are a set of counters that are placed to the right of the NavBar. Each of them has a different target depending on what aspect of the site they represent, eg. There is one for the number of interactions made and one for the amount of Gold Poké spent. When their target is hit, one of several things can happen. It can range from multiplying EXP or Scour EXP, to a shop discount. Once their target has been reached, the bonus will be in effect for the following day until reset. Each counter represents a member of the site staff, from left to right in the following order:

Bonus Counters have a set goal that has to be reached by all users together. After the Counter is filled a Bonus Day with the applied Bonuses happens after Midnight at Server Time.

Bonus Counters

The counters, as seen on PFQ.

The Bonus Counters are a set of counters that are placed to the right of the NavBar. Each of them has a different target depending on what aspect of the site they represent, eg. During the Bonus Day the affected Counter will not be filled and the progress made is reset after the Bonus Day ends. The Bonus Value depends on how fast the goal was reached.
