The Staff is made up of a group of users who are responsible for the management of PokéFarm Q. This page will list all officially recognized staff members, both active and retired, and their associated information.
- Note: The majority of the information found on this page was taken from the Official Staff Roster [1], which is updated every time a staffing change is made. Information without a source was retrieved from this page or through Staff verification.

The Staff is divided into multiple positions to better manage the site and the userbase. Although each staff position, and the users inside them, have their own responsibilities and roles, the members of the Staff often work together to run the website more efficiently. Following this process, matters presented to the Staff will often move up the Staff hierarchy, and reach multiple member of the Staff, until a resolution is found.
The following table has thorough information regarding PokéFarm Q's Official Staff, and is not presented in any particular order. Here are some tips for reading the large table below:
- Tooltips are used throughout the table to provide extra information. Tooltips of the same name, display the same information.
- The Contents box (displayed to the left of this text) can be used to quickly jump to a specific staff position.
- Positions currently being held by a staff member are indented, with additional padding, for ease of distinction.
- Positions that are currently held on both PF1 and PFQ are merged into a single position.

| Moderators (Mods) work to make sure that PokéFarm retains a stable state of control and peace, by making sure that all Rules are followed and enforced. Moderators currently make up the largest portion of the Staff force, and are readily available to help the general userbase with any issues they may encounter while on the website. Moderators also manage the Support Centre. | |||

A Forum Moderator can do anything a General Moderator can, but does not need to participate in General Moderator's responsibilities. Managing inactive threads, reducing SPAM, and cleaning forum subsections are their main objectives. | |||
