Legendary Pokémon are rare Pokémon only obtainable by using Summon Items with the exception of some Exclusive Pokémon which can be obtained through events such as Tournaments. Almost all of them require a considerable amount of EXP in order to hatch and level up. While none have an Evolution, there are a number that can change Formes. Legendary Pokémon based on animals, such as Articuno, have genders, and those based on inanimate objects, such as Regigigas, are genderless.
