Kinaster was released as part of Astral Disruption, and is an Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Kinaster is currently only obtainable through the 2017 Eclipse Event.
Event
Kinaster was first introduced through Astral Disruption, which lasted from 18th August to 31st August 2017. During the event, users would be asked to perform the following tasks through a series of cutscenes.

2. Make 300 party interactions.
3. Find Lunupine.
4. Make 2000 interactions.
5. Cultivate 5 Perfect Pecha Berries.
6. Defeat Solynx.
7. Evolve 10 Pokémon.
8. Hatch an Egg, and give the Gem to Ravyne.
9. Complete 2 Scour Missions.
10. Hatch 7 Eggs.
11. Hatch the mystery Egg.
12. Release Lunupine's child. Quietly weep.</spoiler>
