Petripeep Line
The Petripeep Line encompasses Petripeep, Chirock, Serpetone, Toxitrice, and Toxilisk, which were released on the 1st of September 2018, and are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Petripeep can be obtained by trading with other users, breeding with a parent of the Petripeep Line, or from the Tournament Shop.
Petripeep Eggs can be bought from the Tournament Shop using Tournament Tokens. After the first egg is purchased, additional eggs can be purchased for 80 Gold Poké. They currently cost 1 Lazuli Token to unlock.
In order to hatch a female Petripeep, an Ice-type Pokémon must be present in the user's party. To hatch a male Petripeep, a Fire-type Pokémon must be present. Even with the corresponding types, there is still a chance that the Petripeep will hatch genderless.
Event
The Petripeep Line was one of 4 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added in Season 9 of the Weekly Tournaments.

Pokémon Info
Petripeep
Originally thought to be the mutated offspring of Blaziken. It will only ever look in a mirror once. No one is sure if the chick is pleased or repulsed by its appearance.
Name origin: A combination of petrify and peep.
Chirock
Toxitrice
His glare can freeze most foes in their tracks. When two Toxitrice fight, they can stun-lock each other for days on end.
Name origin: A combination of toxic and cockatrice.
Serpetone
This Pokémon's stony gaze can immobilise her target, making for easy prey. For some reason, she closes her eyes when drinking.
Name origin: A combination of serpent and stone.
Toxilisk
She recoils violently from mirrors. Some claim this proves connections with Giratina, others dismissively point out that she merely seeks to avoid petrifying herself.
Name origin: A combination of toxic and basilisk.
Trivia
- It took users 3 hours to figure out how to hatch a gendered Petripeep.
- Serpetone and Toxilisk's ability to immobilize/petrify others with a mere gaze is based off of Medusa, a mythological creature.
