The Shinxel Line encompasses Shinxel, Fluxio, Fluxray, and Mega Fluxray Q and are Variant Pokémon. The first three were released without announcement on the 24th of July 2014. Mega Fluxray Q was released as part of the forty-sixth Mass-Click Weekend. It was released on the 30th of July 2018 in the form of a Mega Stone.
Obtaining
Shinxel can be obtained by trading with other users, by breeding with a member being from the Shinxel Line, or by breeding a female of the Buizel line with a male of the Shinx line.
Mega Fluxray Q can be obtained through the use of a Fluxraynite Q on a Fluxray. Fluxraynite Q can be obtained through trading, from Boxes as of its event date, or by purchasing and redeeming a Mega Stone Voucher from the Tournament Prize Shop.
Event
The Shinxel Line was the first unannounced release of an Exclusive Pokémon. The first place it was noticed was in Niet's party, where the egg and Pokémon thereafter were viewable. The method through which Shinxel could be obtained was discovered soon after.
The Mega Fluxray Q Exclusive was distributed as part of the forty-sixth Mass-Click Weekend of PokéFarm Q. Its Mega Stone was given as a reward to any individual user with at least 10,000 interactions during the event weekend.
