Obtaining
Totem Malamar Q can be obtained through the use of the Super Totem Sticker (Malamar) on a Malamar. After June 1st 2024, Totem Malamar Q will also able to be obtained by sending Malamar to find Totem Stickers 
in Scour Areas. [1]

The Totem Malamar Q Exclusive was distributed as part of the one-hundred-and-eleventh Mass-Click Weekend of PokéFarm Q. Its Super Totem Sticker was given as a reward to any individual user with at least 10,000 interactions during the event weekend.
