The Shooting Star Line encompasses Shooting Star Cleffa, Clefairy, and Clefable, which were released as part of the New Years 2015 event on the 1st January 2015 and are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Shooting Star Cleffa can be obtained through breeding, trading, or the method outlined below.

Event
The Shooting Star Line was one of 15 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added in the New Years 2015 event. Not being very different in the process of evolution of the Cleffa line in the original games, it is basically based on shooting stars and has something similar to Jirachi's tags on its body.
