Obtaining
Primal Palkia can be obtained by giving an Opal to Palkia. Opal can be obtained through trading, or boxes as of its event date.
Event
The Primal Palkia Exclusive was distributed as a part of the twelfth Mass-Click Weekend of PokéFarm Q. Its Forme-Change Item was given as a reward to any individual user who reached at least the "regular" target of 300 users clicked during the event weekend.
