Obtaining
Primal Dialga can be obtained by giving a Mythrite to Dialga. Mythrite can be obtained through trading, or boxes as of its event date.
Event
The Primal Dialga Exclusive was distributed as a part of the twelfth Mass-Click Weekend of PokéFarm Q. Its Forme-Change Item was given as a reward to any individual user who reached at least the "regular" target of 10,000 interactions during the event weekend.
