The Blophin Line encompasses Blophin and Inflale, which were released on the 20th of August 2016, and are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Blophin can be obtained by trading with other users, breeding with a parent of the Blophin Line, or from the Tournament Shop.
Blophin Eggs can be bought from the Tournament Shop using Tournament Tokens. After the first egg is purchased, additional eggs can be purchased for 80 Gold Poké. They currently cost 1 Jasper Token to unlock.
Event
The Blophin Line was one of 4 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added along with the Weekly Tournaments feature.
