Totem Pokémon
Totem Pokémon are a type of variant Pokémon originating from Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. They were introduced in the February 6th 2018 update.[1]
Obtaining Totem Pokémon
Eligible Pokémon may find Totem Stickers 
in Scour Areas. The user must collect 5 stickers from each Scour Area for their Pokémon to change into its Totem Forme.

Trivia
Totem Pokémon have their own Pokémon page, and are required for the completed dex entry. They are not account locked and may be traded in Totem forme. Also, only Wishiwashi in their school forme are able to earn totem stickers while scouring. There is no known way of having a totem forme of a Pokémon deleted.
