You can complete this task by Wonder Trading two hundred Pokemon.
Wonder Trading can be fun on both the receiving AND giving end! If you receive a cool Wonder Trade from somebody, consider offering a cool Pokémon of your own to surprise another person with! You might make somebody's day.
Wonder Trades can be accomplished by going to your Trade Center, and trading a Pokemon.  


Wonder Traded Pokemon are swapped with a random user's Wonder Traded Pokemon, so you never know what you're going to get!
Return to the Trade Centre, and get to work on 200 Wonder Trades.
