You can access the Trade Centre by visiting Your Farm >> Nearby Places. From here you can enter the Trade Centre and either set up a trade or gift Pokémon. Once your trade or gift has been accepted, you will receive credit. Repeat until you completed a total of 5 trades or gifts to complete the task!
