The FAQ doesn't seem very wiki-y to me. Personally I'm not sure if they should be just removed and their content fitted into the rest of the page (for example the question about getting silenced is already stated in the rules as "For most offences, all users are permitted to a warning before action is taken."). :Is the FAQ section actually taken from an official source on the website? (Quoted) If they are directly from the site, then I think they should stay as they are. Else, I agree that they should either be edited or removed.
