The issue should be explained here. Users must state their username or the staff won't be able to tell who created the ticket. Not including the username may result in a ticket being closed without a reply. There are exceptions, such as if anonymity is needed. Messages should be detailed and follow standard grammar and spelling conventions. Politeness is also preferred; rudeness may get a ticket closed.

==Issues that should not be brought to the Support Centre==
The following are issues that do not need to be brought to the Support Centre:
*Changing your username. You can do this yourself on [https://pokefarm.com/farm#tab=5.7 this page].
*Asking a question or reporting a bug. You should instead make a thread in the [https://pokefarm.com/forum/30 Help Forum] or [https://pokefarm.com/forum/40 Bugs Forum].
*Reporting a user. Please report the user directly. If you do not know how, please follow [https://pokefarm.com/forum/thread/101413/Reporting-Users-Guide/post/2674169 this guide].
*Creating multiple tickets for the same issue. This is seen as Spam and is unnecessary.
