The Hallowe'en Witch was released as part of a special event held on Hallowe'en, but released on the 2nd November 2014 due to delays. It is an Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
The Hallowe'en Witch can be obtained through trading or breeding.
Event
The Hallowe'en Witch (Purrloin) was the reward for collecting all seven candies on Hallowe'en. The candies would show up randomly on pages where the screen darkened and the mouse could be used to locate the candy. The candies were mixed with miscellaneous ghost Pokémon.
When it was first released, the Hallowe'en Witch Purrloin was named Hallowe'en Witch and was unable to evolve. On October 30th, 2017, the Hallowe'en Witch (Purrloin) was given an update and now has a secondary evolution, the Hallowe'en Witch (Liepard).
