The Hallowe'en Witch was released as part of a special event held on Hallowe'en, but released on the 2nd November 2014 due to delays. It is an Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
The Hallowe'en Witch can be obtained through trading, or breeding.
Event
The Hallowe'en Witch was the reward for collecting all seven candies on Hallowe'en. The candies would show up randomly on pages where the screen darkened and the mouse could be used to locate the candy. The candies were mixed with miscellaneous ghost Pokémon.
