Consumables are items that Pokémon are able to consume to increase EXP or Happiness. These items can be used by giving the item to a Pokémon, and then selecting the option to use it, instead of simply holding it. So far, only two consumable items have been released.

Cookie A delicious-looking chocolate cookie. May or may not contain trace amounts of Zophan. Feed to an unhappy Pokémon to boost Happiness by 50 points and EXP by 50% of the current level. Must not be above a certain amount of Happiness.
Sweet Heart A heart-shaped chocolate given to you by someone who cares about you! Feed to a Pokémon to boost Happiness by 20. Must not be at max Happiness.
