The Berry Garden is a place where farmers can grow berries for their Pokémon. It can be accessed from the "Nearby Places" tab on a user's Farm page.

The berry garden page at level 7.

Berry Plots

The garden is comprised of up to 32 "Berry Slots", where a farmer can plant Berries. Each level grants four slots where a berry can be planted. When the Berry Garden is first accessed, only four slots are open, with the rest being blocked. As one gains more Garden EXP, the slots are cleared up.

Growing Berries

When the plant a berry button is selected, a menu opens up. Here, one can select a berry to plant. There are four categories of berries, in increasing order of rarity:

  • Common Berries
  • Berries
  • Rare Berries
  • Special Berries

When a berry is planted, it takes a slot. The berry will continue to grow into a plant as time passes. However, the plant will dry out after a period of time, and it will need to be watered. By clicking on a plant's "Water Plant" button, it will be watered, you could also press the "Water All" button.

After a while, the plant will have grown berries. Clicking on a plant's "Harvest Plant" button will pick the berries from the tree, and add them to ones inventory, you also use the "Harvest All" button. The plant will disappear, clearing up a slot. If a plant is not watered for too long, or is not picked fast enough, it will also die and disappear, but nothing will be gained. However, there is a chance that a new plant will grow in its place.

Mulch

By using Mulch on a plant, numerous enhancements can be applied. There are four types of mulch, all purchasable for ₢200 on the garden page. They are:

  • Growth Mulch: The plant grows faster, but the soil also dries up faster.
  • Damp Mulch: The soil dries out slower, but the plant also grows slower.
  • Stable Mulch: Fully-grown plants will stay alive longer before dying.
  • Gooey Mulch: There is a higher chance for berries to regrow if they fall off.
