The Flying Line encompasses Flying Pichu, Flying Pikachu, and Flying Raichu, which were released as part of the New Years 2015 event on the 1st January 2015 and are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Flying Pichu can be obtained by trading with other users, or by breeding two members of the Pikachu line while the female is dressed with a Balloon accessory.
Event
The Flying Line was one of 15 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added in the New Years 2015 event.
