Well consider this: would it be better to change the sprites every season, or add all of them permanently on the page? Personally, I rather add them at once. Oh, it seems I misunderstood the format of that template. I thought it was showing two of the line's forms, not one and its shiny counterparts. Turtwig and Deerling are not in the same Egg Groups, so it wouldn't work.
