Your farm grows at an amazing speed, keep this up! But now your Party is full and you can't adopt Eggs like this. Empty your party by visiting your fields. You can either go there through the Nearby Places in the Farm page or by going to your own Profile and then switching to private view in the fields.

Dragging around Pokémon is fun, but to move them to a different field you have to click them and select your choice of transportation.
