Leave a Pokémon in the Dojo with a Training Bag, different sizes of Training Bags give different amounts of EVs. Keep training your Pokémon until they reach the maximum amount of EVs, which is 510, but be sure to choose the stats wisely - EVs are not easily redistributed.
