Just be online at least once for three days in a row. At the start of each day a bar will appear at the top of the page. Read it, click ok, or ignore it. It won't follow you if you go to a new page, or refresh, it is just there to tell you your 'online chain'Another week on the farm.

You can check your login chain under statistics.
