''Interactions'' means interacting or clicking on a Pokémon/egg, either feeding a Pokémon a berry or holding an egg. Each User's party can have up to 6 Pokémon which are interactable. On a booster day, interactions may be multiplied.
Did you know that you can also interact with the Pokémon in a user's field? Just go to the fields of a user (or your own!) and click either a berry at the bottom or use the keys 1 to 5 to select a berry. Then you can feed the Pokémon by clicking it.  
 
If a Pokémon jumps, then it likes that berry! Pokémon who shake by the sight of the berry don't want to eat it.
