Shellos

Unlike games where it takes on mother's (or the non-Ditto parent's) form, here Egg can be either (since while I was breeding Gastrodon with another Pokémon, it resulted in Eggs of both forms and the other Pokémon). Should that be noted, since the mechanics are different from actual games? Eridanus (talk) 15:01, 9 January 2015 (GMT)

It already says that in breeding.

If it does, it's not clear. It mentions that Egg can be of either parent's species and that starts in the lowest stage (even if it would need Incense in actual games). It doesn't mention form differences, barring Unown. Eridanus (talk) 11:38, 18 January 2015 (GMT)

The special pair.

It seems it can go as low as 1%. Eridanus (talk) 14:06, 10 July 2015 (BST)

Minun

Quick question, hoping anyone can confirm. When breeding a Plusle and a Minun together, it seems that it only works if it is a female Plusle and a male Minun; this combination results in the "(!) This couple may produce something unexpected!" whereas a male Plusle and female Minun does not.. another user also mentioned that they were unable to breed eggs with the latter combination, after over 30 egg cycles with a near-max percentage pair. Can anyone confirm if they have bred Minun from the male Plusle/female Minun combo? If needbe, I can donate some female Minun for test pairs.

Getting that 90%+

Since all traded pokemon hatched from eggs gain a 20% bonus, it is best that you get your pair from two friends. If found that eggs from the lab work the best. So, for example A needed an Noibat pair, but her pair were only 55%. She asked B and C if they had a Noibat, they said yes. However, C's Noibat was adopted from the shelter, so it would be bad to use it. B's Noibat wasn't, instead it was taken as an egg from the lab. So A asked D if they had a Noibat hatched from an egg. D said yes. B and D traded their pokemon to A and A recieved a 98% breeding pair.

The best levels to breed a pokemon at

Personally, the best levels to breed at are 45-100. Pokemon lower than 30 don't produce as many eggs as 45-100 do. For example, when I mass click someones 7,889 pokemon with a 1 leveled pair, They only produce up to 100 for me.'\ When I mass click someone with a 45 leveled pair, they produce up to 400 eggs (damn that alot of eggs)

Wondertrade?

This is just an guess. I tried it, and I could make some good breeding pairs with my Eeevees. As long as the pokemon wasn't adopted from the shelter, and hatched from an egg in the lab, the breeding pairs in wondertrades can be outstanding.
