Surfing Line
The Surfing Line encompasses Surfing Pichu, Surfing Pikachu, and Surfing Raichu, which were released as part of the New Years 2015 event on the 1st January 2015 and are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Surfing Pichu can be obtained by trading with other users, or by breeding two members of the Pikachu line while the female is dressed with a Surfboard accessory.
Event
The Surfing Line was one of 15 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added in the New Years 2015 event.

Egg
A yellow Egg with a black marking across the middle and what appears to be sand on the bottom. You keep finding it in puddles of water.
Surfing Pichu
This Pichu loves the beach. It stays near the shore and waits for the day it can surf.
Surfing Pikachu
Now able to swim well, Surfing Pikachu love to go out all day and practice their surfing.
Surfing Raichu
Surfing Raichu are now great at surfing. They can be seen at nightly beach firepits.
Trivia
- The Surfing line was originally featured on PokéFarm 1.
- Contrary to belief, the Surfing line has no connection to Alolan Raichu, as it was made long before Alolan Raichu existed.
- The Surfing Pikachu is a reference to the game Pokémon Yellow, as seen in the title screen.
- Surfing Pikachu's blue eyes are a reference to Puka, the Surfing Pikachu, from the season 1 anime Ep. 67 "The Pi-Kahuna".
