The Skeleco line encompasses Skeleco and Phantiidae, which were released as part of the Tournament Top Prizes on the 2nd of June, 2018. They are Exclusive Pokémon.
Obtaining
Skeleco Eggs can be bought from the Tournament Shop using Tournament Tokens. After the first egg is purchased, additional eggs can be purchased for 72 Gold Poké. They currently cost 1 Jasper Token to unlock.
Event
Skeleco was one of 4 Exclusive Pokémon lines to be added in Season 8 of Weekly Tournaments.

Skeleco
It is timid and hides under rocks to avoid retaliatory predation. They're mostly bottom feeders but will consume meat when it's available.
Name origin: A combination of skeleton and Pleco, a kind of fish.
Phantiidae
It is vicious and cunning. Dwelling in the deepest ocean, it mimics the glow of another Pokémon to lure out their children. It will stop at nothing for its meal.
Name origin: From the words phantom and Stomiidae, a family of dragonfish.
