Legendary Pokémon are rare Pokémon only obtainable by using Summon Items. Almost all of them require a considerable amount of EXP in order to hatch and level up. While none have an Evolution, there are a number that can change Formes. Legendary Pokémon based on animals, such as Articuno, have genders, and those based on inanimate objects, such as Regigigas, are genderless.
